The mission of Creator Academy is to support education in STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) by facilitating access to cutting edge and modern educational technologies and collaborative workspaces.
Creator Academies is collaborating with Puerto Rican entrepreneurs that are already operating in the space of educational technology and making an impact. Together we are collaborating on ways to improve education here on the island and get more young people involved in hands-on and cutting edge education that engages and entertains, creating a much more impactful experience for our modern youth.
Makerspaces will create long lasting, compounding impact by providing communities an alternative way to build stronger local economies.
We are restoring the former children's museum and original town hall, located at 150 Calle del Cristo next to El Convento. Profits from the space will go to support educational programs and services in STREAM that we will conduct in collaboration with Educational Tech entrepreneurs here in Puerto Rico. Together we will distribute hands on and cutting edge technologies through existing educational networks with access to at-risk youth in the community. One example of this would be a collaboration with the boys and girls clubs here on the island.
We are currently building out an educational, immersive and interactive art exhibit with our team of brilliant Puerto Rican artists, engineers, creatives and entrepreneurs. The space will be fun for the whole family and the majority of the profits will support education for locals in business and STREAM.
